Our Story
After honing his craft in some of the most prestigious restaurants in the country, Chef John decided to venture out on his own. He quickly gained a reputation for his unique culinary creations, which combined the freshest, locally sourced ingredients with his signature flair.
But Chef Johnny's talent didn't stop at cooking. He was also a pioneer in developing zero waste cooking classes, which taught students how to create delicious meals using every part of the ingredient from root to stem that might otherwise go to waste. His food rescue program, which donated excess food from events to local charities and earned him a Premierβs Award nomination was also a huge success, earning him praise from both the culinary community and the wider public.
Chef Johnny's latest venture is a range of preserves that showcases his creativity and dedication to sustainability. Made using locally sourced, seasonal produce, each jar is bursting with flavour and nutrition, and contains no artificial preservatives or additives.
