Shipping
At Chef Esto, we strive to ensure that our products are delivered to our customers in a timely and safe manner. All orders are shipped via standard shipping within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier, but we will provide a tracking number for your order to help you keep track of its status.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request that you provide photos or other documentation of the damage or defect to assist with our quality control process.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items that are being returned.
